The rooms are nicer, more equipped and larger than expensive hotels. The grounds are well kept, we even saw deer munching the lawn! Friendly owners, great breakfast!

We went to Lakeview to hunt Sunstones. We booked a nearby hotel and it was a disaster. The rooms were dirty and the people were partying hard. We called the Freemont Inn and they said, come on over we will set you up. It was very late (11 pm) and the manager came right out, greeted us with a sympathetic smile and quickly gave us 2 nice upgraded rooms for a very fair price. He was kind and efficient. We ended up staying 2 more nights there because it was so good. It's not super fancy, but the service was so good. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning is adequate, there is a small kitchenette in the rooms. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for having GREAT customer service!

After a long day of driving, this hotel was a fantastic place to end our day. Very nice staff, quiet, in a nice part of town, we easily fell asleep and enjoyed what the hotel had to offer. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best sleep I had out in the road. I have been staying at 4 stars and this was a last minute stop. It was the best, beds were great and the rooms had there own beds and there own control of temperature. Clean and friendly staff and the best breakfast eggs I had so far.

TLDR: Wonderful. I had a really rough day on the road and finding a place with very nice, clean rooms was a godsend. The woman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Friendly staff is a big deal to me where I'm staying. Feeling welcome where I'm sleeping always makes my trips better.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and well lit. Upon check-in KK was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. There was a refrigerator in my room as well as a microwave. The shower was super hot and refreshing. The bed was also very comfortable. This is probably one of the nicest hotels in Lakeview. The owners really care about their property and it shows. Look forward to coming back here in the future.

We got a 2 room suite. My family and I enjoyed the extra space. It cost the same as renting a 1 room 2 bed small room at the place next to them. Better value. Faster service. Didn't have a great experience with the neighboring motel, I'd recommend staying here instead.

I'm so glad they answered the door promptly @ 2am. Planned on driving all night, but circumstances wouldn't allow. Rooms were impeccably clean and organized. Tons of pillows, blankets, and a great mattress. Fantastic walk-in shower with an awesome shower head. Refrigerator was already on and cold, unlike most motels. The room is really set up for weekly stays, ( real China and silverware in cubbards), I sure wouldn't mind staying a week here. They were that nice. The continental breakfast was a decent adequate affair, but hey, saved $10-$15 and I didn't have to go anywhere and came with a local paper. The only downside was the in room coffee. Motel room coffee is normally not very good, but that stuff was absolutely weak, horrible, nasty one sip, pour it down the sink stuff. Ice machine worked fine, but as happens often, the soda vending machine was out of order. But still a great motel. Would definitely stay again.

A better value--and more amenities--than pricier chain motels. Yes, it's an older facility, but on our Western road trip we stayed at newer places that offer less. Our room had a full-sized refrigerator, real metal utensils and glass glassware, big bathroom with a shower wand, ample toiletries (more than the sliver of soap we got at the Vegas Flamingo), and a full, complimentary breakfast. The only thing missing was a bedside table with lamp for reading. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked fine, and in all, this was an excellent choice.

Great easy location. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Manager attentive to making sure things don't run out. Staff work Very well together. Staff seems Very happy. Nice cleaning smells when you walk by when they are cleaning.Only complant pillows where too fluffy very lrg. Good parking area. A,/C heater control hard to access.
